I acknowledge EAP offers will be reviewed annually and may be terminated by the School should the student breach any School Policy, or the responsibilities as outlined in the stakeholder responsibilities. *

- Be actively committed to the HVGS sport program i.e.participation in HVGS Rep teams, attending training for Rep teams (where possible), attending Strength and Conditioning sessions.
- Maintain communication regarding external sports commitments, peak training periods, foreseen clashes with academic tasks, regularly meeting with a nominated HVGS EAP mentor.
- Show commitment to the School’s values in all aspects of their school life.
- Maintain conscientious effort across all subjects (to be reviewed with each academic reporting period). *
